Yoga does not seem to command the same form of respect from modern day society as it once did in the past. It is depressing that the beauty of yoga has somehow lost its brilliant luster, tarnished by the fast paced lifestyles of today\’s globalization. The ancient art of yoga has been represented as a simple concept to help people acquire a better understanding of the overall philosophy. The complex nature of its contents may be a little challenging for westerners to understand.

Smokers know that they should quit. They realize that smoking will eventually ruin their health, cost them obseen amounts of money, and cause them to live a shorter life. Smoking causes all kinds of havoc and problems with your sinuses and lungs, and makes it hard to breathe and do any normal everyday activities.
Most smokers think of quitting, but many of them don’t seriously want to quit. You have to really, really want to quit in order to stop smoking. The only way that you will be healthy to stop is if you are 100% sure that you want to quit, and that no one else is forcing you too. The only mortal that can work hard enough to save you is yourself
What makes cigarettes so appealing is it’s ability to handle stress. Whenever something stressful happens, the first thing that a smoker does is get out a cigarette. In the end, cigarettes only make life more stressfull. Smoking raises your pulse and blood pressure to the point where it will cause even greater stress.
A mortal that uses cigarettes when they are stressed may be healthy to quit when things are going relatively well, but will relapse as soon as their life becomes more stressful. In order for them to quit they will have to find a way to deal with stress as it comes before they stop smoking. There are many different options, but the mortal must find their own anwser to the problem that they can do every time in order to beat stress.
Before someone tries to quit, they suggest that they take a look at all of the reasons and triggers that may cause a mortal to smoke, and then remove those from their life so that it is easier to stay away from cigarettes.
When people stop smoking, they start to expericence nicotine withdrawl. A mortal going through nicotine withdrawl will become grouchy and irritated, and will not be healthy to cope with anything that causes them discomfort or stress. Every small thing that gets in their way becomes a huge obstacle. I had a friend who said that he wanted to pick up every single thing that he saw and threw it as far as he could for the whole entire day.
When people quit, some of them will become very gittery and nervouse, so much so that they can only sleep for a few hours a day. On the other extreme, people will be so tired that they cannont get out of bed to go to work. The cigarette detox can take up to 2 weeks before you start to feel better, but most people only have withdrawl symptoms for the first 5-7 days. Once they finally are over the hump, they will start to feel even better than they did before they decided to quit smoking.
After a mortal has quit smoking for 4 weeks, they are usually very happy and astonished by how they feel. Some people can’t believe how much they have changed and they feel like they have been missing out on life because cigarettes were keeping them tired and out of energy. No matter how old a mortal is, they should consider quitting. Even if a mortal is so old that they could die at any minute, the mortal should still consider quitting because then they will be healthy to be enjoy life a lot more even if it is for a little bit. The longer a mortal smokes, the more they are losing out on their chance to save their life. In a few years, the mortal can be back to the same risk of disease as a non smoker, so it is never to late to stop smoking.
