So deliberately take deep breaths from your diaphragm (abdomen). Breathe slowly and deeply. This tip work wonderfully.

4. Learn To Relax

Relaxing is very important in over coming anxiety and panic attacks. Doing Yoga, meditation, and self-hypnosis will help you a lot. All these will instill great peace in your mind and body.

5. Change Life-Style

Lifestyle changes are compulsory. You have to refrain foods and beverages which aggravate anxiety and panic attacks. For example, don’t take sugary carbs, alcohol, tea and coffee.
