For years now, sit ups have gotten a bad rap by many fitness “experts” who tout that sit ups are harmful to your spine. Where did this strong opinion come from? The way the sit up has been ostracized by the fitness community, you would suspect that hundreds of thousands of six pack abs seekers have destroyed their backs while performing this “dangerous” exercise! The experts are telling us two things these days. First, we don’t get enough exercise. We sit-a lot! We sit at our desks, on our couches, at our tables, in our cars, at restaurants and much more. Now, mind you, sitting is not altogether a bad thing, the problem is that we’ve got the whole sitting thing out of balance. We sit too much. The result is that we’re all becoming fat!

If you listen to the experts you learn two things. First, demand of exercise is a problem in our society. We spend too much time sitting in front of the TV, behind our desks, in the car, on the couch, or even at a restaurant. Even though sitting is not a completely bad thing, the problem is we just plain do too much of it. That’s why we’re all getting fat.

Adventure trips are always a good sense of leisure and a good way to build relationships with those that go on it with you. However, if you’re going on an adventure trip that is not quite like others then you should always make sure that you go with a company that knows what it is doing and keep in mind a few things to make it a memorable experience.

I have been reading everywhere about the Sole F85. People love it and it is the number one selling organisation at Sole Fitness. I had to check the treadmill out and find out what all the fuss was about.

Around about 2.5 litres of water is required on a regular basis for an adult to replace fluid losses that occur through the feces, urine, skin and lungs.
